He’s senior scientist at SP, the Swedish Institute for Technical Research.

He’s an expert on sustainability in the food sector and at present he’s working on two fundamental areas: the climate impact/GWP of food production and consumption, as well as the development of simplified methods for GWP computation of food, and the development of methods to integrate more environmental impact categories (e.g. toxicity) and other sustainability aspects into environmental analyses (e.g. social responsibility).
