The Ecosystem for Innovation

May 24-25, 2013

CastelBrando - Cison di Valmarino (Treviso)

The Ecosystem for Innovation

Initiated in 2011 as an on-going laboratory regarding technology, innovation and technology transfer, the Technology Forum is designed to provide stimuli to re-launch economic growth and innovation in Italy.

It is the key event in the dialogue among a specific community within the Ambrosetti Club that brings together top leaders from various players involved in successful innovative processes: research, business, finance and government.

Given the major impact of scientific and technological developments on the economy and competitiveness, the Forum represents an important opportunity for dialogue between industrial, science/technology, financial and government sectors in order to promote innovation as a fundamental driver for growth.

Over two days of intense activity and discussion, the event will bring together a select group of businessmen and top management, experts and opinion leaders from the corporate world, government, universities and research and development centers and other leading exponents from around the world.

The program includes  the following topics:

  • Nurturing a Culture of Innovation
  • Financing Innovation;
  • Ecosystems for Innovation: Singapore and Israel;
  • Today the World of Tomorrow;
  • Innovation for Growth: Priorities for Italy.

The Forum will have a strongly interactive nature with ample opportunity for debate and exchange, even outside the scheduled sessions. The session on Saturday will open with small-group breakfast meetings with a number of key Forum speakers in which participants will discuss issues and strengthen relationships.
